Custom Artwork Process
All artworks are hand-painted and made to order based on the photos and instructions you provide.
Work begins once the initial payment is received. Because each artwork is created specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled or refunded once the painting process has started.

Revisions & Approval
You will receive a preview of your artwork before it is shipped.
You may request revisions during the preview stage to ensure the artwork meets your expectations.
Once you approve the final preview and complete the remaining payment, the order becomes final.

Production & Shipping Time
Production typically takes 7–10 business days.
Standard free shipping usually takes 10–14 business days, depending on destination.
All timeframes are estimates and may vary due to revision requests, workload, shipping carriers, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control.

Images & Artwork Usage
By uploading photos, you confirm that you own the rights to the images or have permission to use them for the creation of custom artwork.
Submitted images are used solely to create your custom portrait.
Unless requested otherwise, completed artwork may be displayed for portfolio or promotional purposes. Promotional use does not imply endorsement by any individual depicted.

Prohibited Content
You may not submit content that is illegal, offensive, defamatory, sexually explicit, violent, or that infringes on the rights of others.
We reserve the right to refuse any order that violates these guidelines.

Pricing & Payment
Prices are displayed on our website and may vary based on size, number of subjects, level of detail, and selected options.
An initial payment may be required to begin work. The remaining balance is due after your approval of the final artwork.
All payments are processed in the currency shown at checkout. Any currency conversion fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Issues & Damage
If your artwork is lost or damaged during shipping, we will remake or replace it at no additional cost.

Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, alexlygallery shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the order in question.

Disclaimer

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
