Processing time for regular paintings is 7–10 days. For larger sizes or famous reproduction pieces, the timeline may be longer. Shipping typically takes 10–14 days, with possible delays during major holidays.

🔹 2. Can I request changes to my painting after it’s completed?

We provide a preview photo of your completed artwork before shipment. You can request adjustments at that stage. Once approved and shipped, no further changes can be accepted.

🔹 3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Returns or exchanges are only accepted for artworks damaged during shipping or with defects. Otherwise, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to the custom, hand-painted nature of our products.

🔹 4. Can I get a refund after placing an order?

Refund requests are accepted within 12 hours of placing an order. After this period, refunds are not available as we begin the artistic process promptly to ensure timely delivery.

🔹 5. How do I track my order?

Once your artwork is shipped, we will send you an email with a tracking code. You can use this code to track your shipment’s status online.

For paintings under 70 cm (~28 inches), the artwork comes with a frame and is ready to hang upon delivery. Larger paintings are shipped rolled in a tube for safe delivery.
If you would still prefer a ready-to-hang option for larger paintings, we can arrange premium shipping with a specialized art logistics partner. Please note that additional shipping fees will apply.
