How does the custom painting process work?
Choose your size and options, upload your photo, and place your order. Our artists will hand-paint your artwork and send you a preview for approval before shipping.

Do I get to approve the artwork before it is shipped?
Yes. Every artwork is reviewed and approved by you before it is shipped. Nothing is sent until you are satisfied with the final result.

Can I request revisions?
Yes. We offer unlimited revisions during the preview stage to make sure the artwork looks right to you.

When do I need to pay the remaining balance?
If you choose the deposit option, the remaining balance is paid only after you approve the final preview.

How long does the process take?
Production usually takes 7–10 business days. Free standard shipping takes approximately 10–14 business days after production is completed.

Can I combine multiple photos into one painting?
Yes. You can submit multiple photos to be combined into one artwork at no additional cost. Combining multiple images may require extra processing time.

What kind of photos should I upload?
Clear, well-lit photos with visible details work best. If your photo is old or blurry, restoration may be required and could involve an additional fee.

Do you offer refunds or returns?
Because all artworks are custom-made, we do not offer refunds or returns once the painting process has started.

What if my artwork arrives damaged?
If your artwork is damaged during shipping, we will remake or replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide photos of the damage and packaging.

Is the artwork hand-painted?
Yes. All artworks are 100% hand-painted by real artists and created specifically for each order.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping worldwide.
