Return & Refund Policy

Because each artwork is custom-made and created specifically for you, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds once the painting process has begun.

We encourage all customers to carefully review their artwork during the preview stage. Revisions are available before final approval to ensure you are satisfied with the result.

Damage During Shipping
If your artwork arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide clear photos of both the damaged artwork and the packaging.

After reviewing the case, we will either remake or replace the artwork at no additional cost, depending on the extent of the damage.

Lost Shipments
If your artwork is lost during shipping, please contact us immediately. If the shipment cannot be located, we will redo the artwork at no extra charge.

Refunds or returns are not provided for reasons related to personal preference, artistic style, or changes of mind, as each piece is custom-created.
