Each artwork is hand-painted and made to order.
Production typically takes 7–10 business days, depending on the complexity of the artwork and revision requests.

Shipping Time
We offer free standard shipping worldwide.
Estimated delivery time is 10–14 business days after production is completed.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to destination, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking
Once your artwork is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your shipment.

Packaging
Artworks are carefully packaged to ensure safe delivery.
Depending on size, artworks may be shipped stretched and ready to hang, or securely rolled for protection during transit.

Customs & Import Fees
Customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply depending on your country’s regulations.
These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipping Issues
If your artwork is lost or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately.
We will work with the shipping carrier and provide a remake or replacement if necessary.
