We accept returns and exchanges only in the following cases:
✅ Damage during shipping: If the artwork arrives damaged and unusable due to shipping issues.
✅ Defects or errors during creation: If the artwork contains defects or errors caused during the creation process.

To ensure satisfaction, we provide a preview photo of the completed artwork before shipment.

We kindly ask you to review the preview carefully and confirm your approval. Once confirmed and shipped, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
